One place for your household
Calendars, tasks, lists, the school emails and each other. For two people running one house between multiple mailboxes.
What it does
One merged calendar
Google and Outlook in a single view, colour-coded per person. Create and edit here and it writes back to the real calendar within a minute.
Tasks that repeat properly
Assign them or leave them open. Every week, every 3 months, or 3 days after you last did it. Tick one off and the next appears on the right date.
Reminders that actually arrive
Push notifications to the phone of whoever it concerns, not an email nobody opens.
Lists that work in the supermarket
Add and check off with no signal; it reconciles when you come back. Both phones stay in step, so nobody buys the milk twice.
A shared inbox
Forward the school email to one address and it lands as a card you can both see. One tap turns it into a task, an event or list items.
Messages and voice notes
The household thread, with the calendar and the list it refers to one tap away.
Setting it up
- 1
Sign in with Google
Both of you, on your own phones. Takes about a minute each.
- 2
Connect your calendars
Google or Outlook, in Settings. Pick which calendars show up — a work calendar can be visible without being editable.
- 3
Add it to your Home Screen
Share → Add to Home Screen on iPhone, or the install prompt on Android. This is what lets notifications through on iOS, so it is not optional.
- 4
Turn on notifications
Settings → Reminders on this device, once per phone.
It installs like an app but it is a website, so there is nothing to update and no app store. It works on a laptop too.
Ready when you are
Free for 14 days, then NZ$10 a month. Sign in with the Google account you already use for your calendar.
